Starting Saturday February 5th, 2022, all holders of the WCU VISA Debit Chip and PIN Contactless card will receive Transaction Alerts with every use of their card.

Transaction Alerts provide additional security protection against fraudulent transactions by notifying cardholders whenever their card is used.

If a transaction is unfamiliar or you suspect that your card may have been compromised, contact the Client Care Centre at 868-800-5662 immediately!

Members are advised that in order to facilitate the implementation of this service by the third-party service provider, the card will be temporarily be unavailable on Saturday, February 5th, between 3:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this interruption may cause.
