Dear Valued Members,
Please be informed that renovations to the ground floor of our Head Office on Dundonald Street will commence soon. As a result, ALL Member Services previously available on the ground floor will be temporarily moved upstairs to the 1st floor from Tuesday 31, May 2022.
During this time, the Head Office opening hours will remain reduced to 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to facilitate the speedy completion of the project.
ALL OTHER BRANCHES WILL REVERT TO REGULAR OPENING HOURS FROM WEDNESDAY JUNE 1, 2022:
8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. : Mondays – Thursdays
8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. : Fridays
We take this opportunity to thank you for your patience with us while we operated with reduced opening hours as a result of the pandemic and the health regulations. We saw it in our best interest to limit the exposure of both our staff and the public during the height of the spread of the coronavirus by implementing the reduced time structure.
While we welcome the opportunity to be able to give you more time to access in-person service with us again as well as the endemic phase of the pandemic, we still want to remind our members that the virus is still a part of society and we appeal to our members to continue exercising precaution in their daily lives. Works Credit Union will continue to ensure that the relevant safety protocols will remain in effect at all branches with respect to mask-wearing, social distancing, temperature checks and sanitisation.
